I think that any elected official participating and speaking at hate group rallies should be removed from office. Domestic terrorism is our biggest threat.
There was a time when doing such a thing would be so toxic that person would never get re-elected. However, on this one, I'm with @Os Trigonum As well intentioned as you may be here, what you are asking for is fairly dangerous as well. So many lines have been crossed the last 4 years that have weakened our democracy. This action while may have short term benefits, long term it's something that can be turned around and abused very easily.
