@Clutch is just trolling and having fun. Hardisty has more clout than a lot of the twitter heads so your call out is just petty and hilarious.
You must have me confused with someone else, I have never said someone is definitively better. I have my opinions on who I think will be based on what I see. And you are bringing up a bunch of things that have no tangential connections. Are you assuming 19 yr old males are fully developed? You keep bringing up things we have never discussed that have no pertinent connection to what we have talked about. I said based on both of their shooting strokes (Alp and Paolo) and the amount of time working on them, that Alp could have a higher shooting potential than Paolo. That isn’t unreasonable. You’re bringing up a bunch of other things that have nothing to do with that. Either way, it’s whatever. You have your opinions and I’ll have mine. We will see who is right in the long run.
As long as you understand that literally no one on Clutchfans is going to agree with you on your point. Sengun can barely shoot. Paolo is already a good midrange scorer and over 50% on corner 3's. By your logic, maybe Tari Eason will be a better shooter than Jabari. Has Sengun ever even shot off the dribble? He's going to be taking midrange pull ups and step back 3 pointers? You are constantly saying who a player is or isn't based on his physical profile and before they even play a game. You are the one assuming a 19 year old is fully developed. No one else. The amount of times someone on this forum speculates about what a player can become and you have to tell them with absolutely no evidence who that player definitely is at the NBA level. How would you possibly know this? For all we know, Jaden Hardy is the next Kobe Bryant. No one knows anything. This is not worth my time. Carry on with your expert analysis.
Yeah, you definitely have me confused with someone else. I have never put limitations on a player based on their physical profile. In fact I’ve said the opposite with Sengun. And no, Sengun isn’t a poor shooter. He’s an unfinished product. Paolo can get better, but as someone who has had more time working on it he may be closer to his max potential. The fact you can’t understand that let’s me know you have no business talking about sports. Yes, this is a pointless conversation. You replied to me, just remember that next time.
Absolutely that’s my point it’s cool to see him joke around with such a huge following. He’s great as one of the faces of fans because he is one of us and can also have favorites like we all do.
Didn’t say that. Paolo doesn’t even have a workout scheduled with ORL. Just adding layers of comments from supposedly reputable sources involving some topics we kicked around.
I don't have to be proven right or wrong about anything because I never once said I know what a player will be. You told everyone that Paolo cannot play the 3 in the NBA ever because of his physical profile. That isn't even determined yet but you are 100% certain about his physical limitations. You also said he will never average more than 4 assists per game. Those are definitive statements about the entire career trajectory of a 19 year old. You like Jabari because of his upside as a shooter. The irony is lost on no one.
Lol why is that a yikes? If anything clutch’s tweet is cringe Maybe that’s why he’s fired off a few flattering tweets of Paulo to make up for it With the 3rd pick you should be getting the third best player right … I mean am I missing something
I never said he couldn’t play the 3, I said I have extreme doubts at his size and athletic profile. He projects as a true 4. Having doubts and saying he can’t is completely different. In fact, I’ve said if he trims up and can play the 3 he should be the number 1 overall pick. So, you can get off your high horse.
I’m very well aware that is your assertion. It is debatable as to what he projects as. In any case, I wouldn’t be judging a player’s value on whether they can play a position or fit in a specific box. The only thing we know for sure is that we are in the early stages of position-less basketball and the league will continue trending in this direction.
Read @Clutch second tweet "If Paolo DOES end up the best player, they open themselves up to a ton of criticism." If Paolo does become the best player from this draft the magic deserve to be criticized for not even considering him.
Stop pushing Banchero. He is so very very very the worst of the Big Three so Orlando and Okla should not even consider him !
So he’s saying yikes to the top 2 teams for not considering Paolo? Ok I guess… I don’t really understand .. whatever
I think Lebron feels slightly offended by that..even in the looks department. He does look Curry pale in this lighting though I give you that.
