Saying KPJ, Green, and Sengun hardly improved is disingenuous to make your point. Their team defense sucked largely because of scheme not individual one on one defense, except for Wood who was totally disinterested. KPJ was exceptional after Jan. 1 and virtually all the coaches, commentators, and even other players and coaches from other teams chimed in. Unfortunately, I’m not sure Stone is off the Wood train or he just wants to keep tanking.

Don’t agree at all with Feigen’s take about the easier weakness to improve on.

Jabari needs to flat out learn how to dribble. Needs to understand how to use certain angles to get to the rim and create his own shot once he has that dribble. Then you have to hope he can become a playmaker for others, and make appropriate reads out of PnR/PnP opportunities.

That’s all by far more difficult than Banchero needing to just extend his range and actually give a F on defense, or Chet simply not snapping in half.

Jabari’s weakness is what separates role players from stars.

I think if you work decades reporting every move a team makes, you'd eventually fall in line.

I mean I would love for him to alter his ways of reporting but it was obvious that he is paid to offer information to homeboys and the standout superfan.

Anything critical is not part of his job description.
