https://www.click2houston.com/food/...nor-of-companys-50th-anniversary-report-says/ Popeyes to sell 59 cent fried chicken in honor of company’s 50th anniversary, report says
For 59 cents, I'll eat buzzard meat. I figure a bottle of pepto afterwards + the chicken is still cheaper than regular prices.
Y’all missed the fine print. You have to order through the app. You have to spend at least $5. You can only buy 2 pieces at $0.59.
Getting the app also means they'll start collecting information on your phone. Depends on how much you think your personal info is worth. Was reading this just now: https://www.popeyes.com/privacy-policy California seems to be the only state that adds some level of protection.
So it's 59 cents with a $5 purchase? Pfft... I go to Popeyes about once a year. Not sure that's worth it.
I swear Popeye's always makes me run para el bano. That's why I don't make an effort to eat there. Bad memories.
