Aren't the parents of the two lovers ultimately to blame and liable?

"Mom? Dad? Did you know? Well...did you? Huh?"

Seems like if you let cancer man go down on you in his car behind the Dollar General, maybe you should look in the mirror and re-evaluate your life choices instead of looking for someone else to blame.

Is it worse to sue your parents, or sue your kids?

This lady got 5 million for getting head. Seems like she's got it figured out pretty well.

This seems like a perfect spot for the "why not both" gif

Don't really understand the legal basis for this ruling...it means insurance companies are liable for anything that happens inside the car? In that case it seems like quite a lot of room for similar type of shenanigans.
Step 1: Find person with random communicable illness and car insurance
    Step 2: ???
    Step 3: Profit

She's not getting $5M. Insurance companies aren't liable - the policy holder, if found liable, is liable, then could be covered by transfering risk through purchasing insurance. Then it goes to policy wording and covered claims up to the maximum amount purchased. There's a lot of stuff your home, auto, and umbrella covers that most people don't think about. Also, he might not be covered under his policy as this arbitration mainly dealt with liability, not coverage (the fine print of your policy).
