    I wonder how many of those would be rioters are gay themselves?

    This reminds me of an article I once read. It was about how gay dudes would join neo nazi gangs and participate in gay bashings because it was a fetish of theirs being attracted to straight skinheads. When they got found out it would almost always mean their death. The world has always been weird.

    Nope.. it was originally reported they found weapons. The weapons at this time have been reported as riot gear and at least one smoke grenade.

    I'm guessing that riot gear includes stuff like billy clubs.

    Can you link to these reports?

    I saw it reported as shields. Which would also be riot gear and not weapons as you posted. These are not guesses.

    That reports seems to be BS on retrospect. Try to stick with better sources than a dude with a podcast in the future.

    “They came to riot downtown,” Coeur d’Alene police chief Lee White said at a news conference.

    All 31 were charged with conspiracy to riot, a misdemeanour, White said. The men were going through the booking process on Saturday afternoon and were scheduled to be arraigned on Monday, he said.

    Based on evidence collected and documents, authorities found that the group was planning to riot in several areas of downtown, not just the park, White said.

    Police found riot gear, one smoke grenade, shin guards and shields inside the van, White said. They wore arm patches and logos on their hats that identified them as members of Patriot Front, he said.”
