Bernie to Dems: Change course before you nosedive in November

If black people still think after Trump that it does matter who is in charge and can't see how much better the job market has been under Biden then they are not prioritizing the right stuff.

If black people think not voting will not affect them negatively then shame on black people.

Yeah I do understand and I am in favor of much of that but eating cake for dinner polls well for kids but we know its not healthy for them, just because things poll well does not make it a great idea.

Let's not ignore what my particular issue with Bernie is, his talking about gov spending more when a lot of signs are pointing to gov spending causing inflation its not a good message leading up to midterms.

Now I will say this I don't know if this is true or not but I do know politics is all about perception at the moment and it does not do any good to not be lasered focused on inflation and gas prices leading up to the midterm.

This is kind of funny, Biden basically says exactly what Bernie was getting at, except at a fundraiser in terms of needing more money, which is part of the public campaigning in a way, but also highlights how Biden/Bernie operate differently.

 

Biden has called out the two senators for blocking Dem agendas in public. ‘we have two senators that voted more with my Republican friends’. He just hasn’t made it a campaign issue and that might be because he’s underwater. It could also be that he still need both of them. I think he should just make the case directly to the public. We have a tie in the Senate and two Senators voted more with my friends on the other sides. If you want more progressive policies that can pass and be signed into law, we got to get 2 or more democrats voted in this fall and that can only happen if you go out and vote.

 

This was the right approach just enough shade was thrown but the real issue is gaining more seats.
