Just in case some people forgot:

The organization has an account with the hotel. The hotel offers massages from certified massage technicians, Deshaun instead booked makeup artist and hair braiders on instagram to play with his *******. Yall can stop talking down on my Texans now.

The Texans gave Watson access to hotel rooms for massage appointments and provided him with nondisclosure agreements, per Jenny Vrentas

What a nice coincidence that the moment Watson want out of this sht franchise the can of worms got spilled.

Texans knew what was going on but didn't do anything cause the man was that gifted at qb.

    Hate to see it.

    https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/...y-texans-for-massage-sessions-per-report/amp/

The Times reported that Watson booked appointments with at least 66 massage therapists over a 17-month period from fall 2019 through spring 2021. That number is in contradiction with Watson's public statements that he hired around 40 massage therapists during his five NFL seasons.

Among the additional allegations detailed by The Times are those of a woman who said she and Watson were in the same social circle, and that he contacted her on Instagram after she became a massage therapist. Watson asked her for an appointment, and as they tried to schedule a time, Watson claimed he was "Just tryna support black businesses." That claim was consistent with those of the woman who filed a suit against Watson earlier this week, who alleged that Watson told her that he "really wanted to support" Black businesses.

Watson asked the woman from his social circle to meet him at The Houstonian, a hotel and club where the Texans had secured him a membership and where at least seven women met him for massages, per records reviewed by The Times. (Watson said the Texans were not aware, "that I know of," that he used the hotel for massages.) The woman told Watson via text message that they should not meet there because she knew Watson's girlfriend and wanted to keep things "professional and respectful."

"Oh most definitely always professional," Watson replied. "I even have a NDA I have therapist sign too." The NDA referenced was one given to him days earlier by Brent Naccara, a former Secret Service agent who is the Texans' director of security. The NDA was given to Watson in November 2020 in the wake of Instagram posts from Nia Smith -- who sued Watson last week -- that contained text messages from Watson's phone number, along with CashApp receipts and included the message "I could really expose you." Watson began taking the NDA with him to his appointments following that incident.

    - so what I am reading from the excerpt is that from Watson own mouth that the Texans indeed secured hotel membership BUT was not aware of the massages if I’m reading correctly…As far as the NDA, that appears to happen around month 12 of his 17 month escapade in which he averaged 4 different women each and every week, as far as why he was granted the NDA by Texans director of security could have simply been on a asked basis with Watson saying he may need to resolve a out of hand misunderstanding as a reason. It’s conceivable he asked for it without the Texans realizing the nature and extent especially considering Watson under deposition specifically stated the Texans were unaware

Right, but Watsons fan boys will go to any length to defend him and deflect the blame to the Texans.

This damn fool claiming to have wanted to help black businesses by averaging 4 different women per week on a once and done basis makes zero phucking sense-

it gave 66 women the honor of one business opportunity of a lifetime to be baby yoga happy danced with a request of massaging the 1 inch area between the balls and the anus , how amazing and special is that?

Plus as a business person myself I can tell you the best way to support me is repeat business and not a one time honor event of my lifetime lol- If Watson really wanted to affect black businesses in a proper fashion - I don’t know use 5 or 6 tops and repeat business alternatively - Now these 66 women who were sexually accosted and pressured have zero trust in any future sports related clients - Great going scumbag !

Usually leery that cancel culture has way too much influence on some who make an initial mistake… but Watson’s steadfast approach to this that he’s done absolutely “nothing wrong” (he just made his twitter private, btw) is going to continue this story beyond what his PR teams will be capable of salvaging.

Disagree with this. If there were 66 people out there and he settled with 23, the others would have all come out to get their settlements too. It's not like settling with the first group stops the rest. The main reason to settle would have been if that group included all the potential claimants, and it seems clear that's not the case.

Imagine being such a prolific sexual predator that there are enough victims out there to start a class action lawsuit against you.

I don't think that settling with the first group would have brought the remaining 40~ forward with their hands out, but it would have probably resulted in a 2nd group for sure. Plenty of victims just want to wash their hands of the trauma/experience and never have to think about it ever again, signing up for a lawsuit that is sure to drag on for years and publicly link you to it forever is often times just not worth the potential compensation.

Smart fans don't hold a grudge against Correa for this, because they are informed enough to know Astros were scapegoated by the league for using the same (and generally accepted) antics the BoSox, Yankees, and Dodgers were using, and whooped their asses with it.

I agree with you about "initial mistakes" being blown out of proportion for every day people, but targeting 66 different women over 17 months is not something that a normal person does, much less a professional athlete with access to professional therapists. He already stated he didn't care about whether or not they were licensed, so it seems pretty clear what he was up to.

He tried to settle for 100k each P. The offer was rejected due to onerous NDAs Watson wanted.
