When there should have been a tech on him, or else a double tech on both players. I’m okay with the ref not calling it. Green had a tech already and he would have been tossed. This kind of game should be called loosely, in my opinion, as long as it’s called like that both ways. Over the course of this game, I’m not expecting it. I think the refs will lean Golden State’s way. I’ll be shocked if they don’t. We’ll see.

I totally don't get JVG's take about not giving them the "normal" double tech treatment. If the guy deserved his first T, and now this, he deserved to be ejected. I know JVG has ranted in the past about losing key players to foul trouble and techs.
