You really are delusional. I suppose you believe Trump won too. LMAO Show me one Democrat who has lied over 30,000 like Trump and fact checked on all the lies. I'd like you to show proof of Biden lying 100th of that amount.
Nobody needs to argue. The multiple links debunking it and explaining why it isn't illegal, that even if it were the ballots wouldn't be invalid unless they were altered, etc have already been linked. No need to argue at all. It's settled. The documentary from the convicted criminal doesn't actually provide evidence.
You are totally wrong. It is 100% illegal to drop off another person's ballot, and a nationwide ring of Democrats were caught on video harvesting and dropping off hundreds of thousands of other people's ballots. Specially, in the case of Pennsylvania, state law requires that voters drop off their own ballot. The governor himself messed this up last year and it made national news. https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/politics/pennsylvania-governor-admits-ballot-drop-off-a-mistake Pennsylvania governor admits ballot drop off a ‘mistake’ State law requires voters return their own mail-in ballots to a county election office or drop box.
No, actually it hasn't. It is illegal to drop off another person's ballot, as I just linked to. Where's your link, big boy?
I've already posted them in the election thread. This from one of the links. Please visit the links in the other thread. There are legal reasons why people can drop off multiple ballots. And even if the ballots were illegally dropped, the ballots would still be valid ballots and count unless they were somehow altered. https://bbs.clutchfans.net/threads/overturning-the-2020-election.311743/page-21#post-14098053
I find it disgusting that a Veteran like Crenshaw voted against impeaching Traitor Trump for inciting a coup and doing nothing to stop the violence, yet he wants to impeach Biden now. I guess it goes to show that those values he took an oath to don't mean squat to him now that he is in a suit that instead of a uniform.
I have read the debunkings and they are unconvincing. They talked to one guy who dropped off six ballots at one drop box and he said they were his, his wife's and those of four adult children. What about the people that dropped off ballots at more than one drop box? Why did people come to a drop box with gloves, look both ways, drop ballots, take pictures, then leave? Were those people dropping off 26 brothers ballots? D'Souza's movie fails to present a case that can be prosecuted, but that does not at all mean that the thesis is untrue. He raises interesting questions that should probably be investigated further (one Sheriff's department is investigating, but they say that the movie did not influence them to do so). Some of the rebuttals make no sense whatsoever. They say why would anyone committing fraud use a dropbox under video surveillance instead of mailing it from their home. Do they think a mailman would not find it suspicious if dozens of ballots come from the same address? That people engaging in illegal activity want to send have all the evidence thereof in their own mailbox? I think widespread vote by mail is ripe for abuse, but there is insufficient evidence to prove there were any problems. Those happy with the system say that this is because there aren't any problems. I would say the nature and organization of the system prevents discovery of potential problems. I cannot even determine that my vote is counted or counted only as intended, only that my ballot has been received.
It's in the debunkings. Wearing gloves during the height of the pandemic wasn't that crazy. That is especially true if you were dropping off the ballot of someone infected with Covid. It also makes perfect sense that a person might drop off their and their spouses ballot near their house and then near the house of their adult children whose ballots they picked up at different locations. All of that is legal. Secondly, even if the ballots were illegally dropped off, the ballots would still be legitimate to be counted unless they themselves were fraudulent. Thirdly, there is no indication the ballots dropped off weren't Trump ballots. Fourth, Cheating for Democrats would have resulted in strengthened house and Senate numbers, not weakened ones. Fifth, they could mail some ballots from their homes, some from other homes, rather than drop boxes under video surveillance.
Except as stated a family with multiple voters would mail in multiple ballots so why would that be suspicious? Anyway this argument goes again to the "I'm must asking questions" which is about the most passive aggressive line of attack when as you note there isn't any really prosecutable evidence. I mean I could just make a movie saying "are players for the Utah Jazz polygamists?" I have no solid evidence I'm just asking questions. Perhaps that should warrant an investigation of Rudy Gobert. That's an opinion you can have but without evidence you're just asking for a fishing expedition based on a feeling.
They tracked the phones back to partisan non-profits (thus the ballots were likely Dem ballots). Wearing gloves while looking around and dropping off a ballot at 3 in the morning is suspicious. Going to multiple drop boxes in one trip is suspicious. Even if you picked them up from different locations, why would you drop your ballot, then drive to pick up your mom's ballot, and then drive to a different drop box and drop off her ballot? The ballots very well may be legitimate and thus countable, but it is at least something to investigate. We don't know what the numbers would be without these ballots, so we can't say whether they weakened house and Senate numbers or not. As I said, I read the debunkings and they are not a convincing takedown of the evidence in the movie. The movie is not convincing evidence that the election was stolen either, but it is evidence of some suspicious activity that should be investigated. A Democratic operative in Arizona just plead guilty to ballot harvesting, so it isn't like what the movie is alleging is some bizarre impossibility. If there was video of Rudy Gobert going to multiple homes and being greeted by a different woman at each one and he annually booked a table at a fancy restaurant with each of them on different specific dates every year, then it would certainly be worthwhile to ask if he was polygamous. Just asking questions from a position of no evidence is different than asking questions from a position of having evidence that is open to different interpretations but is by itself insufficient for prosecution. It clearly isn't a fishing expedition based on a feeling, it is taking mountains of data and saying this could point to criminal activity, perhaps someone in authority should look into it. Those attacking the movie are not saying that there is no data, they are saying just because someone's phone goes within a few meters of three non-profit political organizations and then 10 drop boxes, that doesn't necessarily mean they were actually collecting ballots and then dropping them off all over town. While that is a true criticism, it doesn't make the original evidence go away. A guy walking back and forth in front of a store and looking in the windows without going inside, then going around the corner to talk to someone then coming back in front of the store and looking in the windows again may be doing nothing wrong. Can the police detain him for further investigation, or would doing so be a fishing expedition based on a feeling (and thus presumably illegal)?
There are pics of Rudy Gobert with many different women in public. Also Utah has had a long history of polygamy. So yes I'm just asking questions so maybe there should be an investigation. If this person where your client and he was arrested by LE on that basis would you argue that was a reasonable arrest?
No one is calling for an investigation on the basis that people were seen holding paper and that voter fraud has existed in the past. This is a disingenuous comparison. Not arrest, detention. The answer is Terry v. Ohio.
The cell phone tracking data is BS and explained very well in the articles debunking. But again, the point that keeps getting overlooked is that even if all of the alleged drops were illegal, the ballots would still be legitimate and count as valid votes. So even though there is no evidence of massive illegal drops, it wouldn't change the votes. They would all still count.
