The Yankees have been smacking everyone around. Looking at their schedule it appears they have only lost 1 series and that was against the White Sox. Twice they have split a 4 game series against the Rays and Blue Jays.
Rain Delay. I know the Angels are our division rival. But I jest can't get overly excited when it means the Yankees win.
I am not worried about the Yankees. They are Houston's warmup each year in the post season. As the Astros have learned in their golden era. Do not fear the teams who played overall the best in the regular season. Fear the ones who were hot in the second half of it. Nats/Braves....
I add Cubs to the list. They are forever tainted by their online fans during their brief appearance as a good team.
It’s been a decade since they were a division rival and I still hate them. They were always my least favorite of our old division rivals by FAR. Their fans are extremely soft and sensitive - on the same level as the Yankees and Dodgers fans are. Also they are some of the most ruthless fans when it comes to mocking us for the scandal, even though they never faced us. So F em too.
