I disagree with him, but I agree to the general principle. Let's be honest, democrats aren't the answers to everything. We need checks and balances. Maybe we vote in some free thinking conservatives that want to keep the guns out of bad people's hands, like the Democrats.

I still remember when Texas banned all concealed carry. Texas had previously banned concealed carry in the 1870s. The ban stood for over 120 years before the legislature repealed it in 1995. 25 years later Texas allows anyone to just walk around with a concealed weapon. Its amazing that the US is the one developed country that has basically rolled all of its gun laws backwards over time.
We do not have a gun problem, we have a mental health problem! This is devastating! My prayers go out to all the families involved!

Asked this before and considered making a poll but it would go nowhere. Mainly because people wouldn’t answer the question. They will either say it would never happen or other measures should be enacted. Basically schools run like prisons with that type of fencing and guards. Well let’s try anyway… As a handgun or assault rifle owner how many school shootings would you tolerate before you would voluntarily give up your guns and agree to an Australia type gun control? Monthly incidents like this? Weekly? Daily? Let’s say we had incidents like this every week. Would that be enough?
