Today every single "expert" witness has been absolutely shredded on the stand..... why would you call these people? It not only burns through the rest of their time but it makes them look incompetent and dishonest.

 

The current line of questioning by JD's defense team on cross is about as effective as a cucumber with a length problem.

You can't compare any other actors to Miss Heard as Miss Heard is the only one who has a likeability problem in the public. We've heard the Heard on audio tape and heard about the Heard behavior behind closed doors. Unfair or not, people don't like her more than they do like her.
