I have watched hours of him giving presentations. My sense of who he is from that format is day and night different than from his tweets. I just mostly chalk that up as tweets are a horrible way to read people, but still, it's really strange to see such stark differences. It's a big disappointment to see the harshness and bullying of others.

I remember that the deal includes a 12.5B margin loan against Telsa stock. He would have to cover it if it falls more than 40%. Unless he finds others source of funding, he's likely will have to give up the deal and pay the $1B breakup fee.
