Corey Kispert had a 37.5 inch vert, at the actual combine. To go along with some very good numbers in movement drills.

They will very likely go for Smith and one of their execs said so anonymously to our newspaper here in Orlando.

    Banchero is gonna go #1

I think OKC will pass on Chet for Jabari , he can more easily help Giddey and sga

then we are stuck at 3

I guess we take Chet over Ivey and sharpe . But I wouldn’t be surprised if we went in a different direction .

Chet seems hunched over and a bit slow .

I could see one of the 3 bigs lasting till 6 , with sharpe and Ivey and Murray going top 5

IF Orlando goes with Jabari I can see OKC taking Banchero and using their other 1st on whoever's left between Duren and Williams. That leaves us with Chet. I'd say that's a win-win-win for all three teams

    Duren
    Banchero
    Dort
    SGA
    Giddey

That has potential to be a play-in team next year for OKC

I think the furthest Chet could fall would be to Detroit at 5. They have 6'8" Stewart starting at Center right now.

It all started with Presti calling Paul George's bluff in Indiana. Dude traded for him anyway, re-signed him and got an absolute haul for him from the Clippers. Then there's the CP3/Westbrook swap too...

Banchero is not going #1. No idea where people are getting this idea.

People wanting to trade down, like for what? If the previous years are any indication is that you don’t pass on the top prospects.

Last year you had Cade, Mobley and Green, as the consensus then you got a few surprises like Barnes and giddy to an extent Wagner. You don’t pass on the top 3 (this year 4)players for a chance that maybe one the players can turn out to be a Scottie Barnes or Giddy. Give me a one of Cade, Mobley or Green over 2 or 3 of a bones hyland/herb Jones/ Devion Mitchell.

    1 elite prospect > 2/3 good players.

We should draft Paolo. He has the tools to be the best player in this draft. Why are we talking about fit as if we are one piece away from contending. Paolo has shown that he plays well in big games which is very important when it's playoffs time. The more I see CF posters are against drafting Paolo, the more I want him :D

Crazy how so many like one or two prospects and destroy the third. Then, come back and say, "But if the rockets pick him, I'll root for him."

No yall wont LOL it's going to be Jalen Green all over again. Once our pick has a bad game, we'll see post of how we should've traded down for this or that guy.

    Interesting.

Still no shot creator. Suggs would benefit greatly
from a Chet or Banchero addition. Cole Anthony
    as well

Thanks for the tip. Much appreciated.

Kinda sounds like Detroit last year
when they said they wanted Jalen Green...
oh wait, you say you want Mobley, Houston?
    Ok, then we want Mobley.

If we say we want Banchero enough, then they'll want Banchero

I’m getting the idea from in being big and offensively advanced .

Chet is a big risk due to his frame . Jabari apparently has some major offensive holes as well .

teams want that ball handling / sexy #1 option . Of the 3 bigs , paolo is the closest to that .

he’s got a 7 foot wingspan and apparently had a big vertical .

Now I did hear about Suggs and holmgren being close ... that may shift things. But I think banchero on talent and production and projection will be #1

him going #1 isn't happening. Orlando isn't passing on Chet or Smith

I hope Paolo goes first, that means the better prospects in Chet and Jabari drop to us.

Out of the consensus top 3, I'd take Chet and Banchero, so if Banchero is available at 3, I take him with no hesitation. He is an NBA player for sure, has all the physical tools, is competitive and plays smart. He can get dopey on defense, but he is also just a baby, and he showed flashes on that end as well. His feel for the game is good enough to think he will improve if he stays healthy.
