Yet another 10+ run performance followed with an absolutely putrid offensive display. Since 2020, I think we've scored 5 runs or more once following a 10+ run game. Ridiculous.

I wonder if Dusty will change his mind about giving several starters the day off tomorrow since they universally got together and took today off.
The Astros just did it last week too agains the Twins. But it's funny - people recognize that one day isn't indicative of the next, but then also complain when Dusty rests a player a day after they had a good game.

You're right, I looked it up and I actually counted 10/19 opportunities, which isn't bad I guess. They did average 5.3 runs per game tho, so it's not like 5 runs was a big night for them last year. This year they are 1/4 and the runs scored following 10+ run outputs are: 0, 1, 5, 1 I would still argue it's been a bit of a trend.
