Rockets have such a long way to go to be just passable defensively

if your frontcourt is Paolo-Sengun, then whoever we have at PG and SF will have to be very elite just for us to survive on defense

Hindsight is irrelevant. You're assuming the Rockets are as poor evaluators as the sixers...

Top 3 in this draft is awesome. You really can’t go wrong. I wanted Smith,I don’t think he will be there, but hell it doesn’t really matter. This is going to be a GREAT draft class.

I have a hard time believing that Orlando takes Smith as #1 overall. He may well be available when the Rockets pick.

Chet will be fine if the refs let him play.

Duren on the other hand is going to be the typical big that needs 2-3 years to adjust to NBA. Settling in as a decent role player or just end of bench player in 5 years.

Does going for Ayton alleviates our defensive woes?

We picked Jalen green and kpj and him for months were being buddy buddy before even getting the first work out in, talking about "we are a scary backcourt" , "don't say to much"

Lol at a Wood/Paolo frontline. Matador defense to the max.

I still don't get the fascination with Sharpe...

Shaky handles...Mediocre passing...Not that great of a creator...

I'd rather have Keegan than Sharpe

I wanted Chet and it looks like he won't last past #2. It looks like we're in Paolo territory. I don't think he'll be a bad player, but he's not who I wanted. Still grateful to have #3, my jaw was clenched when they were announcing the #5 pick.

The most amazing part about picking 3rd is not having to hear a contingent of Rockets fans whining every single time a player picked behind ours has a good game.

Taking Wood out and leaving Banchero-Tate-Sengun will be an atrocity of spacing and 3P%.

Silas 5 out will be in shambles.

And if you thought the team was a shetstorm defensively, you ain't seen nothing yet.
