Makes sense to tank 1 more year regardless since thats the last year we have our pick.

Rox are already full of young talent a low lotto pick would just rot on the bench. Only top 5 and better have a chance of entering the Rox core RN.

You don't pass on Banchero at #3 because of fit..... but you may try to trade up to #1 or #2 to get someone that fits better. The Rockets are in need of better defenders, and Smith and Holmgren fit that to a tee and Banchero doesn't. If the cost is too much you take Banchero at 3 and hope he improves defensively and that you can put pieces around him and Jalen Green.

this makes no sense to me. zion, ingram, kyrie, tatum are top shelf NBA players. that's before you get to the other guys like RJ barrett etc who are pretty good. what other program has produced top tier talent like that other than kentucky?

This is the Stone Rockets. There will be no good scenarios.

    Naw…it’s goofy.

That sounds like some made up bs just to be edgy.

Look at the tape and screw the biology class.

What do you see on THE TAPE?

    I highly doubt that happens.

Banchero gonna land on the Rox at the 3rd lol.

I'm aware. I was wondering if his weight and it atypical movement would fit Orlando's metrics? I just remember hearing something about Orlando's specific requirements during the 2020 or 2021 draft coverage.

The Rockets are still in the “draft the best player available regardless of fit” phase of the rebuild. If they have Ivey > everyone else then they need to take him and figure it out as they go.

Lmao Poku is NOT part of OKC's core. He's just another bench player.

Kyrie never even really played for Duke so I'd take him off the list. He was a #1 pick based on what he did before college. The other guys though...Tatum is the only guy there that's a clear franchise player...maybe Zion if he could lose weight and stay healthy.

For a program that is contending for a title every year their list is super disappointing.

    TATE
    JG
    KPJ

SENGUN glued to the bench also

no defense and all the anti tankers are gonna be stuck because we’re gonna be worse next year tbh. Here’s to hoping we win the lottery next year. Smh

Am I the only one who thinks Ivey is better than Banchero?

What if Rockets think Sharpe’s talent is just too much to pass up at #3? Things could get interesting
