I still can't believe they got away with that and nobody had an issue, I don't think it could be done today.

Actually, the entire Mack being a gay thing was handled beautifully, I still need to go back and watch a lot of that show.

Men at Work. While it's take on class divide is just as poignant as it was over 30 years ago, it's cartoonish depiction of working class struggles nowadays comes across as insensitive...or dare I say, problematic.

Sydney Greenstreet and Peter Lorre are what make that film great. I could watch them be slimy all day.

I still think Forest Gump is a good movie. There are parts that don’t hold up but there are a few parts that hold up very well. One of my favorite parts is when he’s talking to Jenny about moments in his life on the road, in Vietnam, and on the boat where he was alone but didn’t feel alone.

The Michael Keaton Batmans haven’t held up well at all and seem really dated. I’m a Prince fan but the whole part with The Joker having a parade and playing Prince just is cringeworthy now.

Sixteen Candles and some of the other John Hughes movies seem very dated. While they were about a particular milieu to begin with some of the stuff in Sixteen Candles definitely couldn’t be made today.

I think that movie suffers from Chandler's waaaaay too complex plot.

Right? There's not nearly enough booms, green screens and pew-pews for a discerning cinephile.

Your dull tongue wounds me, sir.

I find the dialogue flat and boring in these very old films.

Let’s stand around while everyone smokes and watches and monologue at each other for half an hour.

Naw, Sorkin. At least Tarantino gives you a killer score.

Isn't that crazy about Avatar? It was a worldwide phenomenon and now nobody cares about it.

You can't rewatch LOTR? That's the first I've heard that from anyone.

A teacher showed us Forrest Gump in class and I’m pretty sure it was high school. She put a piece of paper over the screen when Gump got some Jenni ass. There’s not even nipple. It’s not a great movie.

I saw Avatar like 3 times in theaters because they got me with the 3d. No desire to see it now.

    Maybe. But why?

    Like rewatching Avatar.

Or 583 children playing with LEGO
