After game 4 ended there were a couple posters whose immediate comment/reaction on the game was “we will see when it matters” As if the game that had just tied the series at 2-2 instead of putting them in a 3-1 hole didn’t really matter. Some posters totally unbiased just keeping it real logic states that the games that Philly wins don’t matter. Only the games they lose actually mean anything. So last night was a HUGE game. Game 6… we will have to see who wins to see if it matters.
If the Heat had lost home court advantage by losing game 1 or 2 it would’ve mattered a lot. If they lost both it would be a major deal. None of those happened. If the Heat went up 3-1 it would have mattered a lot to Harden fanbois cause elimination game next. Game 5 was huge because the team that wins that game in a tied series goes on to win the series in an overwhelming majority of time. Game 6 matters a lot to both teams but more so Philly cause it’s an elimination game. No need to mention the importance of game 7. Every game in the playoffs is important but a Game 4 while being up 2-1 and losing a road game is not the end of the world. It never is, never was and never will be. Spin it however you want.
I was being serious. I remember a pre-game clip during one of the games against the warriors. It might have been someone else who said it but I thought it was Harden.
When he said It I believed it. I loved that team. What is the name of the greek dude? I can't remember his name, I remember he used hustle he was a fan fav. papa something
YES! It's game 6 time! I don't have much anticipation for the Dallas/PHX game, since I'd be shock if PHX doesnt win the series in 6 or 7. PHI vs MIA game is what I'm excited for since I've no clue who'd win if this goes 7. I'm rooting for a close/entertaining game first and foremost and a PHI win to force a game 7 second. Harden needs to have a good game for PHI to win and for the sake of his reputation/fans CANNOT **** the bed again in a big closeout game,
