• Gas is over 4 bucks but I can deal with it, it wont last forever
• No surge in crime in the Champion Forest area, its always pretty darn calm
• Most of the world is rooting for Ukraine.......even though some GOP`ers love them some Putin
• I don't have to wear a mask on flights anymore.....YES!!
• HEB has everything I need and I dont see any issues of being out of anything
• Oh and Hell to the yea am I glad Trump is gone
• The world is in Chaos??? Me think not.....but hyperbole away
• I think its cool that the new press secretary is gay........its called the United States where were all equal. I dont even think its necessary for her to tell us but in this microscopic society, all it would take is fox to "find out" and it would be the biggest news story of the month so I can see why she did.

Funny you didn’t also blame global warming on Biden too. Since everything humanity is dealing with is soley because Biden is president in a semi functioning democracy and an autocrat like Trump isn’t, all the problems in the world are his fault.

I for one am glad that we can competent leadership in such a challenging times and am looking forward to voting for a party in November that actually has solutions for real kitchen table issues instead of walking into a world with war, pandemic, climate catastrophe, inflation, etc and saying.. you know what… now is great time to introduce a policy agenda of overturning constitutional rights of women, bullying lgbtq kids, and good ole fashion racial attacks.

Lets pretend that Biden doesn't cancel these leases, then what? Do you think it automatically drives down the price of gas? Are companies ready to start drilling immediately to start extracting oil, thus increasing supply, thus decreasing demand and hopefully getting prices lowered?

Meanwhile.....a bunch of corrupt politicians call that money chump change compared to what they haul in from donations by their "blinded by deceit" supporters.

 

It's not really in their interest to increase production or inventory capacity if the world increases its shift to renewables. Higher prices means higher margins with lower effort on investment.

You'll only get the oil industry to bite if there's a 2 for 1 sucker deal from the government, like what Dick Cheney used to pile on with their R&D subsidies.

Even then it's going to take time and industry effort.
