    Yep, hit 45 a couple of years ago and I've noticed some metabolic changes. I try to be as responsible as I can, and only eat and drink like an idiot on occasion. Thankfully (sometimes not so thankfully) I don't have a *great* tex-mex joint around me, or else....

    Well I walked out of my office to a meeting that was supposed to last 30-45 minutes. Right after the Tucker HR. I come back in and the TV is on the Rooms to Go studio and I think to myself man they went through those last 3 innings pretty fast. then the game comes back on and it is only the bottom of 7. Not what I was expecting.
