Pro abortion? Anti choice? Anti choice? Anti life?

I don’t care what you call it, it is semantics but the commonly accepted terms are “pro-choice” and “pro life”…. They use the terms both groups like to identify themselves.

Im not expecting the democrats to do great in the mid terms, but for lots of women the right to an abortion is an extremely important topic. Especially women in birthing demographic.

Aren’t you one of the liars that claim to not be a trump supporter, but more of a “libertarian”. Because…. That’s a lie if you aren’t pro choice.

Do you think these people are, by and large, arguing that people should be aborting their pregnancy, or arguing they should have the right to choose whether to abort their pregnancies? The term "pro-abortion" would suggest the former, which would in fact be disingenuous, IMO.

A sizeable portion of the "pro-choice" movement does not think the decision to have an abortion is a moral good, but nevertheless they support the right to make that choice.

OK. "Pro right-to-abortion" or "Pro ability to choose abortion" would be acceptable to you. I think it's clear that is what is meant by "pro-choice", given the context is abortion rights. "Pro-abortion", to me, is a far more misleading term.

Geez, I remember the arguments over terms pro-life and pro-choice from the '80s when I was a kid. Let us please not relitigate vocabulary on terms we've been using for half a century at least.

How many children are waiting for adoption and how many in foster care today? Maybe do something there instead of all this virtue signaling by the right and anti abortionists.

They just ship them off like they do immigrants.

From bad to worse”: U.S. judge deplores conditions for Texas foster kids sent out of state

As Texas’ long-running struggle to find enough placements for foster care children persists, more than 100 kids were sent out of state last year.

Senate approves police protection for SCOTUS families rattled by protests
    GRAYSON QUAY
    3:39 PM

The U.S. Senate voted on Monday to grant police protection to the families of Supreme Court justices, who have faced protests outside their homes after a leaked draft decision enraged abortion rights activists, NPR reported.

The Supreme Court Police Parity Act, which was introduced by Sens. John Cornyn (R-Texas) and Chris Coons (D-Del.), passed the Senate by unanimous consent and will now go before the House of Representatives.

The bill empowers the Supreme Court Police — at the direction of the chief justice and the Marshal of the Supreme Court — to provide protection to "any member of the immediate family of the Chief Justice, any Associate Justice, or any officer of the Supreme Court if the Marshal determines such protection is necessary."

Existing federal law allows the Supreme Court Police to protect justices, officers, guests, and employees of the Supreme Court, but not their families.

On Monday night, around 100 demonstrators protested in front of the Alexandria home of Justice Samuel Alito, who authored the opinion. Protests have also sprung up in front of the homes of Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

It is a federal crime to protest in front of a court or a judge's home with the intent of influencing the court's decision. It is not, however, illegal to protest outside a judge's home for other reasons, such as expressing outrage.
