If there are such actual laws by any state (there aren't except RvW requires exceptions to save the life or health of women), it will continue to stay the law. Taking down RvW doesn’t impact that. What it takes away is the right to an abortion during the first trimester or in cases to save the life or health of women. TX and OK and similar states will be able to ban all abortion with no exceptions for anything.

If it happens, the public won't allow that. You're speaking in utter hyperbole.

Which part do you think is hyperbole? Right to abortion in the first trimester? Right to abortion to save the life or health of women?

Were you able to point out any proposed legislation of liberals or anyone else advocating for up to the last minute elective abortions?

You've been hoodwinked into believing that's what liberals are pushing for.

Have literally watched Pelosi excuse it.

Again, abortion will not be banned in any State should Roe v Wade get tossed. But States will get to choose when.

I don't have a dog in this fight, but I was disgusted when I saw Pelosi and others excuse 3rd trimester abortions.

They never excused it. It is already restricted. It is allowed in zero states unless the mother's life and health are at risk.

Pelosi has not put forward any legislation to change that anywhere. Plenty in the anti-abortion crowd hope for people to believe it's a big issue but it only ever happens when the mother's life or health is at risk.

Do you believe that when carrying the fetus to birth will kill the mother it shouldn't be aborted? Abortions after 21-24 weeks happens in 1.6% of abortions.

Again, I don't have a dog in this fight. I don't see any state fully banning abortions. It was when Pelosi was excusing abortions right before birth that poked the bear.

It's a double edged sword, because then all women would get paid large sums to have babies. If they give them up then it's like a legal baby market. If they have a choice to keep the baby then all women will get paid large sums for having babies.

The simple solution is free choice and free or affordable healthcare for all. We are so backwards and selfish as a country to have millions not being able to afford medications or care when they are sick, elderly, or facing life threatening health problems. I just don't understand how anyone thinks that is ok. I really don't.

It is currently against the law in all states unless the mother's life or health are in danger.

I'm suggesting people need to be better more wise consumers of media. Look at the context. Pelosi was not advocating elective abortions up until the moment of birth. If you believe that, you're being misled.

IMO, that's what triggered it. I don't like abortion, but I know that abolishment isn't the answer.

I have no problem banning 3rd trimester abortions at all. Make all the excuses you want, it is evil, and please. Every time you make an excuse for it, you're allowing a loophole.

Again, you poked the bear one too many times.

I'm not making any excuses. 3rd trimester abortions are horrible which is why they aren't allowed...unless the mother's life or health are at risk.

Do you understand that? Do you believe that if giving birth will kill the mother, that should be mandated by law?

That's always why the loophole is wrong. It allows **** doctors to use that.

Why was there this push recently towards 3rd trimester abortions? Quit pretending that didn't happen recently.

It's like Parker saying the HERO bill had nothing to do with bathrooms, when later we found out it obviously did.

Everything was pretty copacetic with Roe V Wade. And then PP came and demanded funding, etc. etc.

It's about time you guys lost someting.
