LOL the blame game has started. LeBron is of course the culprit. But the FO made their own bed by signing LeBron and letting him meddle. Now they are all sleeping in it.

There use to be a t v show call What Not Wear. If it was still around he would be nominated to be on. ( Can you tell I am married, I used to watch What Not to wear with wife. That show and Trading Spaces)

    • I’m starting to wonder if the Lakers might not trade Russell Westbrook this summer after all. And no, not just because Oram made a compelling argument on Monday as to why they should think twice about it.

When the decision was made to fire Vogel, sources say his handling of Westbrook and the inability to find a way to make him a more productive part of the program were among the factors that played a big part. There was a strong sense that it was on Vogel to make the Westbrook experiment work, and the fact that it didn’t lead to questions about whether Westbrook had been put in a position to succeed. That sure smells like the hope of a Russ revival to me.

And how’s this for a tidbit to tie this thread up: Jackson is known to have been a fan of Westbrook’s throughout his career. Sources say Jackson has no interest in taking on this coaching job (or any other) himself — let’s just stop that rumor right here — but his view of Westbrook is relevant. As we’ve established, Jackson’s voice matters again.

no it wasn't vogel's fault. what a bunch of nonsense. westbrick just sucks and has for years. whatever coach comes in next is going to have the same exact problems and will be on the hot seat while on the job because they'll continue to be the scapegoat for the real problem which is this dude's bball iq is just dumb and sucks

The suns should trade some picks and Chris Paul for Westbrook if they flame out/distinguishe in the playoffs again this year.

Westbrook sucks. Doesn't matter who else they decide to hire. That coach cannot fix Westbrook's inflated ego, terrible shooting, terrible shot selection, athleticism going down the drain, etc etc.

I do hope that the Lakers keep the Westbrook experiment alive though, it was comical watching that **** show last season, won't be mad to waste another one lebron's years watching a repeat.
