they never wanted harden here after game 6 againist the spurs. But they thought once harden left the team that the rockets using ball movement playing like the suns would produce a fan friendly style that got us more wins. In there minds hardens style of play was holding us back, when in reality as we all know now all it did was just cover up massive talent gaps on the team
I mean he took the greatest team the sport has ever seen or ever will see to 7 games and was the only guy to play a competitive series against them. Did he lose to prime steph, kd, green, klay, foster? Yes. Would i expect anyone to beat them? no
