Still doesn't change that this was a sht trade.

Trading a $100,000 value car for 25k 2 years b4 it gets wrecked is not a win regardless of the performance.

Top 3/5 wr and couldn't even yield a 1st round pick.

U claim Hopkins did "absolutely nothing" but we got a sht return and our main trade piece David Johnson being useful is laughable.

    Jack Easterby's burner account...

Also didn't realize that division championships meant 'turbulence'

We got rid of two cheats and a sexual stalking creep in Fuller, Hopkins, and Watson.

    And yet it's still a god-awful trade.

Was it good that we got rid of him, saved millions. Started the rebuild early. And he’s not playing as well if at all? Yes.

was it still the worst trade of all time because you couldn’t get a single first round pick? YES.

No, based on what we have seen happen around the league since he was traded it wasn't crazy to make the move. The dumb part was our idiot in over his head GM/HC/OC not getting at least a first rounder in the deal.

It's not disclosed to the public, specifically which banned substance he tested positive for? Not that that solves the "mystery" from his perspective. Just curious if it's one of those banned over the counter health food store supplements, or more of a "how'd roids get in smoothie?!" situation.

These types of responses from athletes who get caught cheating irritate me so much. You not owning up to your cheating changes nothing of the punishment. That's based on the positive test and previous positive tests. So just be honest about it. Tell fans you made a mistake trying to get an edge, and will do better. Instead we get ridiculous excuses (like with Cushing) or assurances that they will get to the bottom of this issue (like above).

We all know Hopkins isn't going to do **** to get to the bottom of this. He's gonna try to figure out how his masking agents didn't work this time and try to work out a way to cheat where he won't get caught in the future. And he'll never bring it up to his fans again, despite his promise to relay on any additional info he gets.

Just be honest. Most of the team's fans won't care. I doubt any sponsorships will respond differently. The only reason to not admit to your mistake is pride.

I'm glad he's not our headache anymore.

    Oh wow.

Don't let this distract you from the fact that the Hopkins trade was still the worst trade in the history of mankind.
