Im looking at the big picture. Im not expecting immediate returns on investment. I personally dont see this gloom and doom picture with Dieng, Sengun, and Banchero as your starting frontcourt. I actually see a dynamic, smart and BIG interchangeable set of players who would thrive playing off one another and with some pro defensive development would be enough to win critical games - offensively they would be hard to stop. Thats my perspective.

Hmmm let's see...right about Mobley, right about Sengun, RIGHT about Green he turned into exactly what I thought he would be after starting pathetically poorly. Efficient high level scorer(said he had 25+ppg potential), poor defender, not an elite passer, those two things will hold him back from becoming a top tier player, still true. RIGHT about Cade, said he was getting blocked by unathletic white boys in college he won't score well in the NBA, pathetic 50% ts, not even top 2 in Roy voting when your dumbass made him out to be some generational prospect

So is Chet, Jabari and Ivey the only players who have "correctable" weaknesses? Paolo is just a lost cause amirite? :D

I took the W on the bet, so it looks like losers like you would be the ones sipping semen. Luckily for you, you are too much of a pusy to ever put anything on the line for your terrible takes, so you get to keep spouting off like a dumbass

Here's the topic at hand. You are not high on Sengun. You think Cade is generational. Cool

Next year, if Cade ends with a higher PER I'll delete my account. If sengun has a higher PER you delete yours. Bet?

Didn't think so. Now run along with your tail between your legs where there's nothing else there

the one thing that worries me about chet is not that his glaring weakness is actual weakness, but rather how adding weight could seriously make his perimeter defense a negative... which happens to be one his biggest assets, the ability to hold ground on the perimeter.

we are also in a league where half the big men slim down to obtain that shred of quickness to keep up with a wing dominated game. if you can't guard the perimeter you aren't going to be in during crunch time. you don't see it anywhere. everyone closes with their small ball lineup.

Yeah flexibility is probably the wrong word, but he does look a little stiff in the hips, when people get a step in the pros they are dunking it 80% of the time so his length will not be the same bail-out as it was in college and will cause him to have more fouls.

Nobody is really making a living on recovering at the basket and letting people get in the lane ruins your entire defensive scheme, so his being able to maybe recover is not covering for an inability to keep people in front of him.
