I think he can do it with the right matchups. The raptors had long lengthy defenders everywhere giving him problems to score. Miami has Jimmy Butler and that's it. Especially with Lowry out who flops his way into Hardens head.
He will routinely hunt Herro, Robinson, and the other not soo good defenders in this series so we shall see.

I would be surprised if Harden can turn back time. But then again he seems to be a bit more springy after rest. He has had 4 days off

Barkley said After CP3 had a monster game then the 4 pt game
That later in his career. . . he could still turn it on . .but could not maintain it
Harden maybe able to spring load one came then be deflated the next
I am still of the mind he is having his "CP3 2019" season right now.

Honestly, it's hard to tell at this point whether he's having a cp3 2019 season.
I do think that Harden has always been a player that plays with very little margins. As in a difference of him having 2 inches less vertical, or slightly slower in first step can mean the difference between finishing layups or getting blocked every possession. I also don't think he's that old yet that we can compare him to CP3.

If he can lose a bit of weight and gain a little bit of quickness back, it might elevate his game significantly. I just remember everytime he tried playing injured with Houston, he was horrible.

From the looks of things it seems like nobody is expecting philly with only harden to be competitive tonight. In a lot of situations like these, you typically fade that mindset.

    Well it's 2 parts.
    1. People expecting him to fail no matter what
    2. People praying he fails no matter what

Ernie: In that first series, he averaged 19/5/10. What do those numbers need to look like in these first 2 games?

    Chuck: 30/10/10
    Shaq: 27/9/8
    Kenny: 35/8/8

DJ starting? Maybe Spo should have the starters hold back a little right off the bat to fool Glenn into playing DJ big mins

I cant even believe that someone could be that bad. I think the Heat literally scored all of their points off of him.
