    I hope its better than the Nugget Downtown because that place is a shithole. With Circa opening down there I can see why he would need to make a move, Im surprised he's doing it on prime real estate honestly.

    It certainly feels like he's buying at the very top of the real estate bubble. Not sure how wise this is from an investment perspective.

    Just told my wife to be aware of the project - She's a landscape architect who's been doing a few projects on the strip here...
    I told her to go after this project - and get me in with Frittata!

    real estate here in Vegas is through the freaking roof...
    I get about 4-6 calls a week from people 'working with a local investor who would like to make a cash offer on your home'...
    They says the prices are going to keep going - but idk...

    They said they have two spots on the strip, one they would buy outright and the other, they would PARTNER WITH SOMEONE

    A’s President Dave Kaval on April 26 said the team was considering two sites, one that it would develop on its own and another it would build with a major casino operator, the Las Vegas Review-Journal reported.

    Both Tilman AND the A's are known to be CHEAP

    so they might partner together to create a resort/baseball stadium and share revenue
