The Astros won and my senior dog is recovering well from his surgery (12 years and still kicking)

    All is perfect tonight.

Any Jake start that nets a win should count a game and a half. Winning with Siri and Goodrum at the top of the lineup should be worth three full games.

Good job Astros! OK, we won a game today. If we win tomorrow, it's called "two in a row". And if we win again on Thursday, it's called a "winning streak"... It has happened before!

Don't care if it's against Texas, a wins a win. Good job by Odorizzi going 6 innings. Glad he didn't collapse after the homer in the 2nd. Hopefully a confidence booster. Astros play better when I don't watch lol although I watched the 8th and 9th.

Nice win Astros. Lets get more than 6 hits tomorrow. Great game from Odorizzi and the pen.

I hope Dusty got that lineup choice out of his system for good… absolutely inexcusable.

Interesting that they both had the exact same lines… 0-4 with 2K’s. But at least Tucker was still able to get the same number of AB’s.

I'm aware of the rule. That's great and all, but it doesn't matter much when Yuli is in a slump like he is currently.

Prior to tonight, Yuli was 7 for his last 17 in the previous 4 games with 3 doubles.

    What a nice day

Odorizzi showed some flashes of 2019.
Baez’s tenure in Houston is over.
Pressly & Altuve are days from returning.

Odorizzi saw Baez get DFA and got his ish together real quick.

Great start from Odorizzi. Rangers or not, it's a great start from him. If he can hopefully not be trash all the time, that would be great. Offense did just enough last night as well!
