What really surprised me about the game tonight is that I didn't think the Celtics necessarily played an "A" game, while I felt the Nets really brought it, especially for some stretches. When Tatum fouled out especially, I thought it was the Nets for the taking, but man, KD's rushed three that was missed, his crucial missed free throw, and then the Horford put back were the killers.
GM should let him know without Lebron he doesn’t have the resume to help “manage the franchise” I just imagine him immediately thinking of trading kyrie after that comment lol
wasnt he a top 1 pick? kyrie as well? how come two no. 3 picks swept two no 1 picks? pls top picks worshipers, explain this to me....
Harden is past his prime buuuuut: Brooklyn's playoff record with Harden last year: 6-3 Brooklyn's playoff record without Harden the past two seasons: 1-6
Durant was a #2 overall pick. Do some research. Also, you're really pulling hairs between picks 1-3? Hilarious.
They're too far gone because they don't even know what they're really b****ing about. You want to lead the anti-tanking coalition? Fine but pointing at the Nets' failure (who, btw, didn't tank and draft any of their best players) is a very very moronic take. You want to keep using the Bucks' as the best example for not tanking? Sure but tell me what are the odds of finding a Hall of Fame, Top 75-level player in the middle of the 1st round vs finding one near the top of the draft board. You want to keep b****ing about how tanking doesn't work? How about you change your name to Giannis34 because, without tanking, Hakeem wouldn't have been a Rocket. It used to be amusing; now this schtick is just annoying.
Dude has "Hakeem" in his username and is so anti-tank yet conveniently doesn't mention that Hakeem, a #1 overall pick, is the only reason why this franchise even has titles.
Weird stat. I know it's supposed to highlight how LeBron is "better" than those guys at a certain thing, but... ...to be a part of 25 elimination games, means you were on the verge of elimination a lot, which means those teams were bad...a lot.
When this team gets back to contender status with acquired-via-tank star Jalen Green leading the way it will bring me great pleasure to call out people who want to support and cheer for this team again.
