they were the best team in the league last year…they also had Ime Udoka and MDA as assistant coaches to make up for Nash…their offense was all-time great and truly unstoppable this year, they didn’t have as much shooting, but they’d still be a top EC team and a contender with the trio of Harden, KD, and Kyrie…if Kyrie wasn’t an idiot and took the vaccine before the season started, BK would be 1 or 2 seed right now playing the Hawks or Cavs, now they’re gonna get swept 1st round
Also, Philly wouldn't be a threat at all, and Milwaukee-Boston would probably be seeds 2 and 3, and one of those teams would be eliminated in the second round. Kyrie ruined everything.

Honestly, the Nets should have purposefully lost the first play-in game so that Cleveland would get rolled by Boston. Nets would have just had to beat the Hawks in the final play-in game for the 8th seed, which I think they could do. Boston's defense is just too good. I think the Nets would do better against the Heat.
