    Not to be negative but I really do not get the same vibes from this year's team as I got during the 2017-2021 teams. It just feels like they don't have the same energy.

    I know the pen is under a lot of stress but using Taylor in a tied game seems suboptimal.

    The idea was, give him 3 batters - LRL. He got the two lefties out, only problem was the homer in the middle.

    If I had a choice, I would rather use him in a game where we’re up/down three runs against RLR hitters than in a tied gain with platoon advantage.

    Yea I'm coming around to this a bit but maybe the offensive slump is just taking its toll right now. I hope its truly not a long-term energy thing. So just how big of a leader was CC? Pena won't be that guy right now, Altuve aint that guy, not Bregs, Brantley, Tucker or Alvarez. You wonder who that guy is now.
