Wish him well, but I don't think he can run again.

Yeah that was a pretty cringeworthy moment. This isn't something just from old age. He's had plenty of cringeworthy moments in his career.

Yup, it's more and more telling.

I hope he doesn't run, but again Regan ran with Nancy as his Easter Bunny. Maybe he'll get re-elected even if he plowed into Times Square asleep at the wheel.

GOP frontrunner Trump isn't any better when it comes to senility and impulse control...

    We're ****ed

This is the problem with dems engineering generic candidates and why Killary blew up in their faces so hard.

This guy has absolutely no idea what he’s doing most of the time and seems like someone that is demented you have to constantly redirect. Getting him proper care is the right answer not leading the country

Nah, their past primary didn't field any strong candidates. The last candidate who got bigly rigged is 70+ year old Bernie Sanders.

Biden's campaign almost fizzled out early until the black vote saved his saggy droopy butt in key primaries.

There's comments on here about Cons being Machiavellian, but the Dem Party is totally heirarchical with the geezers hoarding power. It's a big reason why the primary field is weak weak weak.

Coorporation slaying maverick Elizabeth Warren is also over 70. She technically started late politically but "fit the age requirement."

How many times did MTG say "I don't remember" today? Perhaps she should be checked for Early Onset Dementia

Chris Wallace saved his ass in the debate and then dems couldn't return the favor and support CNN+.

    Sad.

I don't think that's dementia just that Biden is a goofy guy. He's said and done cringeworthy things well before this.

We've seen Biden handle himself in press conferences. He's probably not as mentally sharp as a 50 year old but I don't think he's anywhere near dementia.

I agree though we should have younger candidates.

Nah, just a typical member of the party of lies and cover-ups about the Trump led insurrection. They switch their stories all the time.

He is having to be redirected and gets disoriented mid action/thought. That is not "cringeworthy" its a sign of serious cognitive impairment. Activities of daily living and how you function like this actually govern prognosis etc with illnesses. I thought it was a bunch of stupid sound bites from the fox a holes at first but it has validity

Many public figures get redirected by handlers. Given how many things are happening and how tightly scheduled they are it's not surprising. Watch some of the videos of even Obama and you will see handlers directing him.

And yes Fox selectively edits clips. All news services do. On Twitter especially clips are heavily edited.

Remember the Hillary-is-impaired threads? Good times.

Would love to peruse hour-long clips of some of you giving speeches and finding the most awkward 6 seconds. Actually I would hate doing that - who has the time - but we could put some Hannity interns on it.

Actually... I wonder how many average Americans have given long public talks, without interruption? I have no idea, outside of teachers and Bill Walton.

I haven't watched the YouTube 's, I actually think he has sounded quite well and aware. I thought he looked old during the campaign but I think his speeches and pressers are adequate.

This is very true. As many might notice I'm not always a good typist and I'm dyslexic so I often wince reading back through my post. This translates frequently into performing where I have mangled and transposed lyrics.

Joe Biden is a goofy guy. He's also got a stuttering issue. That doesn't mean he has dementia. This is one of those that those who don't like him for policy or other reasons I think are reading too hard into this. There is plenty of stuff to criticize him about without making this an issue of dementia.
