Hardens washed, 57 TS% in the playoffs this year with only 10 assists per game with an awful 3-1 A/TO ratio, and he's only getting 1 steal and block per game??? More like James Trashden.
I thought the game winning shot was fine with just 0.9 seconds left…the one I think was horrible was the shot at the end of regulation where they just held the ball and then gave it to Embiid behind the 3 point line with a few seconds to launch a stepback three
KD minus his free ride in GS is basically James Harden career-wise there needs to be a dialogue if Harden had KD’s 1st 2 games, he’d be called a choker across all airwaves and TV channels
Yeah if anyone watched the Nets-Celtics game last night it was clear that Kyrie was the one who should have been traded. A team of Harden, Durant and Ben Simmons along with Seth Curry would likely make a title run. The problem with Kyrie is that he can only score. He is not a distributor and does not play defense. So if he is not scoring he is a negative. Of course, this assumes KD can play the requisite minutes. Based on what I have seen the past two seasons, I don't think KD will ever play more than 55 games a season. He is going straight Kawhi Leonard at this point. As such, the Nets may be screwed either way.
Looks like Nick Nurse outsmarted himself: My long-held view is that coaches don't matter as much as we think unless they actively hurt the team.
I want Embid to win the MVP but what Jokic did after losing his 2 best players is noteworthy, that's why I don't get the ridicule of them possibly getting swept with that team.
Felt like Embiid was also waiting for some player movement action to happen, too, which is why he held the ball for so long, while looking at everyone else. Then everything gets even more out of whack when Embiid gets the ball slapped away from him and he has to go get it.
