What could possibly go wrong with "minimal training"? Seriously though, hope it helps. Amazing how close we're getting to the war without being "in it." History doesn't show that many cases of us doing things like this without eventually sending our troops. Hope that's a poor analysis on my part, like... I hope it's as bad as my basketball takes.

There are plenty of women who have courage, the ability to make rational decisions under pressure, are highly intelligent, and would have the back of their fellow soldiers or shipmates in any battle. If they want to fight then who are you to say they shouldn't? If a transgender wants to serve their country then who the hell are you to say they shouldn't? How many years did you serve? I stand for anyone wanting to serve our country, and fight for our freedom. Racists and bigots are the ones who have no business in the military. Who would trust them to have your back if they didn't like your skin color, gender, or sexual orientation? They'd probably leave you to die if you were wounded.
With all due respect this is dangerous attitude. If you lose that bet it's not just a bunch of money that will be lost.
