? I been active the Rockets game threads all season long while your ass been btchin about harden from Brooklyn to philly. And I'm the band wagoner. Basically your day on clutch is u btching about harden 24/7 Go get help bro, harden been residing in your brain for too long. U r more invested as a Philly fan than I ever will b
Been here since 99 playboy. I’ll post about wtf I want to. And you biitch all day every day about me posting about Harden’s poor play. Full circle.
U could have been here since the beginning for all I care. Ever since Harden joined our team and left he's been basically the only topic coming out of your mouth. Did the man refuse to shake your hand or something? Did he steal your girl? Or did he bump your Boi Lin from the team? Using the term bum to describe a player seems to others that u have personal beef aside from actual basketball reasons.
The TNT guys rightfully b****ed about the "plays" Doc drew up for that team at the end of the 4th and OT. Like if you got Joel Embiid and no one on the Raptors is big enough to handle him down in the post why not make things easier for Joel AND your team by putting him down in the block? I get that Embiid likes his 3 point shot but that game winning shot was a bit risky. Maybe Rivers don't trust Maxey to run proper plays?
End of clock plays are a little different. The coach will want to make sure the team gets the last shot, and it's absolutely essential that there are no turnovers. Even when your guy has a big size advantage, having little guys swarming around him can be risky. So I understand holding the ball on the perimeter and waiting to the last second for a final shot. And Embiid happens to be a remarkably accurate long distance shot maker on end-of-shotclock plays, as I recall it being mentioned at some point during the season.
That makes sense and don't get me wrong--Embiid's perimeter shooting warrants respect and inclusion in end of game plays. I would have preferred to get Embiid a better looking shot near the basket than an off balance 3 to win the game, considering they didn't even need a 3 to win. But hats off to Rivers
Maxey is a terrible playmaker. That's also why Harden fits so well there because it puts him in position to what he does best and score the ball
