Psaki Says "Gender Affirming Care" for Kids Is 'Best Practice'

This post is all over the place and also idiotic.

Nothing wrong with tolerance and diversity. To act like there is a major movement to tolerate statutory rape and sexual relationships between adults and minors is dishonest.

Pushing that kind of crap out there has only one purpose. The purpose isn't to protect minors from predatory sexual behavior. That purpose is to falsely attach an unreal perception to one side of the political spectrum.

Shame on you and anyone else that pushes that narrative.

 

So let's understand something here....

Letting children explore whether they are transgender and perhaps take hormones starting at puberty to prevent looking like the wrong gender = child abuse.

But....

Not having those children do that and wait until they are 18 means they get hate and called dudes if they win a swim meet.

 

This account, LibsOfTikTok tries to get a teacher fired for saying he's gay.

That's it. That's all.

A student asked the teacher, unprompted, and he said he was gay. For that, Libs of TikTok blasted his tik tok and tried to get him fired. I would post the tweet but...it's been deleted...looks like she's been deleting some of the more blatant posts that showcase her blatant homophobia, not sure why though because that would get her more fans, not less. Anyway, here is at least Andrew Sullivan (noted conservative) reacting to the now-deleted tweet.



This is who many on the right are caping for this week. The entire account exists to try and get LGBTQ+ teachers fired. That is its entire purpose cited many times by the person that runs the account. Whenever a teacher is fired or suspended the 'libsoftiktok' person would celebrate and brag about it happening.

Literally thousands of tweets. Most of them just calling gay people 'mentally ill', probably some of her 'black crime' posts too. Guess with all the added attention she wised up and deleted some of more blatant hate posts. Great person this. Circle the wagons for this one!

BTW for the Desantis' fan out there, his press secretary big big fan of that account, said it inspired her or some wacky ****. These are the people we're trusting LGBQT+ rights too huh? I'm sure they have their best interests in mind.

 

Man that is a a whole lot of hate, intolerance, and bigotry being peddled.

I would think decent folks might not want to participate and post things from that person.

Sad that so much of it has been posted here. Maybe people will look at the link you provided. It contains a long list of the hateful attempts by the libs of tiktok account.

Yet you've brought it up several times regarding arguing this law. If I recall and please clarify if I don't, you are saying that without laws like these there is an attitude of "anything goes" leading to an acceptance (or at least empathy) towards pedophilia.

That strikes me as a very big jump and if not an outright strawman muddying the issue greatly.

You are wrong. The law will help prevent the types of lessons you could see examples of above. The attitude is shown in their defenses that you could also see examples of above. Actually, you couldn't make a law against an attitude even if you wanted to.

This is another example of the attitude I'm talking about.

Organic as in natural, not man-made or manufactured or culturally engineered. Who knows what the real number is, but there will be people that accept whatever number is released as completely legitimate.

 

I visited that account some time ago thinking it was going to be funny: Maybe some adults of liberal persuasion doing dumb things that we can all - even other liberals - laugh at a bit. Something like FailArmy but specifically for politics. But it was more cruel than that.

Rather than being something that pokes fun at others and in so doing prompts us to look inward at our own faults or moments of irrationality, it was more just about being cruel to young people who did something characteristically young and foolish.

I guarantee you I would have done and said some insanely stupid **** if I had access to this type of social media when I was younger and more impressionable, as that is what one does when one is young. I don't really enjoy trying to make young people feel bad about doing young people things.

As for its alleged turn into being more anti-whatever, that is obviously not great. But it was never a good account.

 

What is really sad is...like I mentioned, people like @AroundTheWorld have been pulled along into this whole thing. Well meaning people going along with a crusade against LGBTQ+ people that is again...as I mentioned, already intimidating these people to quit their jobs or get fired. That isn't happening in a hypothetical world, that's happening right now, today. People losing their job because they are gay.

I mentioned this in the thread early...why in the world are we trust the GOP to be honest and fair when making policies regarding gay people? When has the GOP in the past 50 years been fair to that community or looked out for their best interest? Why do people think that's what they are doing now?

This whole thing is using children to hide behind Anti-LGBTQ+ policies. That's all its ever been.
