I thought Simmons take was just a joke but it seems other media voters are thinking the same as him.

It's weird these takes don't apply for Wagner and Cade but only apply to Jalen.

Wouldn't be surprised at this point if he is left off the 1st team and future award snubs.

I think it's weird and improbable that he'd be so hostile against this player who's done nothing of real significance so far that he'd say "**** him". I think it is far more likely that he meant it as "**** 'Jalen Green' as an answer to the question of who should get that All-Rookie spot just because he put up a string of 30+ point games in some rather meaningless end-of-the-season games."

Someone should ask Bill Simmons who he would take to build a team around--Prime LeBron or Prime Danny Ainge--and see how long he has to think about that one.

 

Skip Bayless had no impact on LeBron during his career. Some media personalities like to play the heel for clicks and ratings.

Green just needs to put in work like Kobe and focus on developing into the best player in the game who dominates on both ends.

All rookie teams don't matter, HOF entry, MVPs, max contracts, and championships do.
