My link shows that Houston isn't even in the top 65 in per capita murders... Did you look at that first? Also, show me where it shows Houston being top 4 in homicides this year. The two links you two offered show nothing of the sort. Here's the closest I could find recently. Did you bother reading the posted article? It is only taking about the 4 largest cities... here is the very first paragraph. It doesn't say anything about any other cities in the world .. just the 4 largest.
