Yeah......... Chet is just a defensive machine, he impacts the game defensively in so many ways... he is the very rare player that could be a super star without ever averaging 20 points a game because of how many little things he does well.

Hell no because Ivey would be BPA assuming Chet, Jabari, and Paolo are the first three taken. you find a way to make it work with KPJ, or ship him while his value has gone up due to his very nice play to end the season and before his big contract

Amazing that he's a near unanimous top 3 pick amirite?

Some draft experts have him 1st overall.

Banchero with his size, scoring and advanced guard skills should be a slam dunk 1st overall you'd think over a non-dribbling 6'10 shooter and a 7 foot anorexic bulimic anemic escapee from a refugee camp.

    Yet he isnt.

I really thought you were going to pair Jabari with Kessler. :D

    Who do you consider experts?

Most of the people who get their tweets posted on here are not really experts.

I am not saying he is not a top 3 prospect, but I want to see what happens when people actually start taking a deep dive and nobody has told me of a actual franchise player comp.

If Rockets pick 5th then Tari Eason/Keegan Murray and Ousmane Dieng would be really interesting.

I prefer Sochan over Dieng but Rockets need 2 plug and play guys in this draft.

Sochan is closer to elite on defense but his offense is TBD. While Ousmane is not elite on offense or defense yet, but huge upside in both areas. And his playmaking is on par or better than Sochan.

Tari will be elite defender and at least average scorer/threat from 3.

The comps are all BS anyway, so surprised that is your sticking point.

In any event, you at least agree that Jabari is a top 3 player so he must have some translatable skills and franchise player potential.

NBA draft experts include Vecenie, Schmitz, Givony, Pfeifer, Ford, Babcock, O'Connor, etc.

Tate, Wood, Nets pick and Milwaukee's 2023 1st for Ayton if we don't land Chet in the draft. I'm expecting Sarver and the Suns to fumble re-signing/extending Ayton after this season.
