The Countries Who've Handled Coronavirus the Best – and Worst It’s clear to see that time is everything when it comes to the pandemic. Countries that locked down early were able to manage the virus more efficiently – and countries that ignored the virus are now suffering the consequences. Of course, there are some countries that implemented fairly strict measures early on, but just didn’t have the money or infrastructure to deal with it.
I went to Florida several times for vacation during the pandemic I met lots of Californians and New Yorkers there doing the same thing I mean you can get Covid anywhere , your office , at a gym etc
how much longer until atw starts calling it the china flu... following in trump's footsteps. Oh yea... atw isn't a trump supporter.
That poster is a major Fox News supporter, look at their posts, it's like 10 Fox News tweets a day @Os Trigonum NewFoxFan
China peddled their **** vaccine (and the Russians) as top tier. It's great to claim they vaccinated a billion people with it, but the proof is in the pudding. The US also second guesses itself because of the insane death count compared to other countries. The verdict is still out over what policy is the winner and by what measure.
Not really. Lockdowns are not a winner. If people see what is going on in Shanghai now and still advocate for lockdowns, I don't know what to say.
the people who made careers out of COVID hot take are quick to discover they’re no longer relevant now that COVID is no longer relevant.
AFAIC, lockdowns should be used for flattening a curve in hospital admissions with a highly transmissible and novel/deadly disease. After the vaccine rollout, the issue changed and risk should be reassessed. So it's an option if their vaccines are **** and they're afraid of a healthcare disaster even if I don't think it's a right one and omicron has shown not to be as deadly (per individual) as the previous variants.
I was thinking this as well until I heard some kind of new variant seems to be going around. Don't think we are completely out of the woods, hopefully it is weak like the other varients.
