Have you actually watched Shawn Bradley played? He wasn’t all that bag of chips and was dominated by smaller big men all the time in the paint. Don’t let the stats fool you. I would consider him to be a bust for being a number 2 pick…. I’ll take a Rashard Lewis over a Shawn Bradley with this squad with my top pick. I’ll take a Shawn Bradley player with the BKN pick.
We need to just not overthink it and take Jabari. Jabari and Green will be raining 3s and transform our entire team #splashniggas
I believe he is imply that Chet comp is Shawn Bradley. I could see it in terms build. But that’s where I my comp stops.
I am aware of that, that’s why my comp stops at his build minus his height. Which why I also responded to said poster with a question them not having see Shawn Bradley play if you follow the conversation. Chet play isn’t anywhere similar to the way Bradley.
It was, that’s why I put as much in the next post. Get tired of the stupid and lazy comps. Easy to answer back with stupid and lazy comps.
The only thing Shawn Bradley and Chet have in common is dominant shot blocking. Bradley was one dimensional and should have been a late first round pick.
Chet is the White KD Jabari is the swole KD Banchero is the Mulatto KD Ivey is the small KD Does this sum it up well?
'Mulatto' is considered an offensive and outdated word at least here in the states, as the father of a mixed daughter, that word makes me cringe.
Way I see it Chet: high upside, but also high bust-ability given injury concerns of 7 footers, lack of physicality, and long horizon for development (won't be instant impact) Banchero: Blake Griffin type players - offensive PF's who don't play D usually don't play in the finals Jabari: Seems like the safest bet - Can shoot, can defend, has athleticism. Might never be more than a Chris Bosh, but that's pretty damn good Ivey: Can he play D? Sharpe: I don't know much about him at all No one really stands head and shoulders above the rest. I guess it will come down to intangibles if we are fortunate enough.
