A lot of crapshot players in this weak draft in the 17 range. Mock drafts are all over the place. Chet, Jabari, Paolo, Ivey, Murray, Griffin, Sharpe, Benny, Davis, Eason, Ty Ty, Duren are the top 12-ish, anyone after that can pretty much go 12-25.
Trade up to get Sochan with Nets pick or consider him at 4 or 5 if it drops from top 3. I see what Barnes can do and that’s clearly what Green needs. Rockets aren’t building with enough length @D-rock is right
If the Nets lose both play-in games we can still get a lottery pick. But it's kind of a tall order at this point, sadly
If they're the 7th or 8th seed and lose the first game, they'll play another game against the winner of the 9th and 10th seed game. If they lose both of those games, they're in the lottery. If they win either, they're in the playoffs.

There’s still hope, Atlanta can definitely beat Brooklyn if Trae Young goes off, then the winner of CHA/CLE would have at least a puncher’s chance to send Brooklyn fishing
Nowwww that’s what I’m talking about. After reading that I’m thinking Agabaji would interesting at Brooklyn’s pick if possible. Having that guy and Christopher on the bench would be something else. Agabaji Green Jabari Sengun Garuba Against other teams bench would be lethal. Next season get a PG or C in the draft/FA/trade and call it day.
Rockets still need to draft for upside, not fit, then trade for consolidation over the next few years. The team is already too filled with future role players and no there is no indication that Green, Sengun, KPJ can be a top 5 MVP candidate (in terms of shipping a championship). KPJ needs his extension next year. Hopefully he can get extended for like $90/4. Getting more role players for fit just further complicates the salary situation further down the line. Green, Christopher, Sengun, Garuba all getting extended after 2025 is a ticking timebomb. Can't keep all of them. Can't afford to extend
The Knicks are the ones that really screwed the Rockets. Milwaukee losing to the Nets in Brooklyn without Kyrie was horrible as well, but the Knicks are really the ones that hurt our chances. They blew 20+ point leads to the Nets twice. I can't see Indiana winning. I'm expecting Brooklyn 7th and hoping Atlanta can slide in there, or that Jarrett Allen gets back. Like @groovemachine said, give us a punchers chance.
Do you mean another team? Bucks won 3 out of 4 this season vs Nets. The one game the Nets won was in Milwaukee with Kyrie. Bucks won both in Brooklyn. I willed you won of those losses brother man. Check the Clutch Birthday thread.
Between Green/top 5 pick/likely top 10 next year/tons of cap space for a player/Brooklyn picks swaps till 2027. It’s going to be interesting to see what happens. The Nets getting old with Durant and Kyrie missing time will be the thing to watch. I think it will happen too.
