And how many travels did the refs not call for Harden? How many free throws did they give Harden just because? Defense couldn't even breathe on Harden because it was a trip to the free throw line...

Was it unfair then too? Games will always be poorly officiated, some calls just simply wont go your way... The refs can control certain aspects but to say they puppeteer every possession and outcome is bs... Its a bs excuse...

I'm not $hitting on Harden, I'm just saying that The Bogut screens aren't an umbrella for the $hitstorm Harden unleashed vs San Antonio and GSW... It does not justify that he came up short. It was part of the losses yes, its a blatant lie to say "see! not Harden's fault...its rigged"... Harden is an incredible regular season player, possibly one of the best scorers to ever play the game. Probably underappreciated today for his lack of defense and being Clutch but will surely go down as a hall famer and one of the best to ever play the game.. He will be there alongside Reggie Miller and Iverson.

There's several "Rockets fans" on here who talk about him more than our actual team. It's a disease and I agree, take that sh*t somewhere else.

It's nice that Bogut admits it, but it was obvious to all of us. The question is why did they look the other way? The moving screens thing was bizarre... I don't know if it's because of the "beauty" of Curry's shooting or what, but Draymond and Bogut got away with some ridiculous stuff.

Can't argue with a harden hater.

Missing cp3, refs were on a mission to let warriors through. One sided officiating on our home court no less.

But it was all hardens fault for choking. Stop making excuses for him. It's like the evidence right there but folks still gotta find a way to hate
    Ridiculous.

It's shocking how many dumbasses didn't know what was going on. If you couldn't tell that game was rigged, you obviously lacked the mental ability to comprehend even the most simple plays in basketball.

At that point, why even bother? Watch something easier like bowling.

I'm not sure I understand this post, but no I don't think Lakers paid the refs when they played Sactown.

Please point to me where the Rockets did the same thing and were called for it when the Warriors weren't. Did GS get away with all kinds of stuff? Absolutely. Did the Rockets do the same stuff and not get called for it? Nope. Terrible refereeing, yes. However, it is not unbalanced unless the Rockets were doing the same and being called for it. MDA should have had the Rockets doing the same damn thing. Should have had them doing the same thing all season and if the Rockets were called for it send videos to the league, the press, etc. Nah let's wait until the playoffs to start complaining. This happens in the NFL all the time. Coaches see stuff. Report it to the league. Get the press involved. Talk about it during press conferences. The NFL then doesn't have a choice, but to address it. That is why they don't wait until the playoffs to start addressing it.

Will never get over 2018 as long as I live lol. Just the combination of bad injury luck for CP3 and the blatant bias the refs had against the Rockets in game 6 and especially 7 which everyone blatantly saw in real time is just brutal to take as a fan.

The Rockets doesn't play like the Warriors. The warrior's entire system is based around Curry and Klay running through 10 screens every possession. there's no benefit to the Rockets doing the same because we focused on either iso's or two men PnR's.

The Rockets also were generally hated at the time, no amount of complaining would have the league done anything to the absolute darling of the league which were Steph and the Warriors. If anything the media/press were all on the Warrior's dick

I like how Steve Kerr knew all this perfectly well but would mock Harden after our losses to the press.

Make that, I LOVE how Kerr blah blah blah.

CWebb and Reggie during the game: "How is that not a foul?" About six times.
After the game (read the script): "Once again James Harden could not seal the deal..."

What's ridiculous is not recognizing how we burned Harden down to the candle holder. GS knew it, too. Draymond said so. Let Harden go off but he'll wear out from usage.

You mean the one where Michael Finley knocked the ball out of Jon Barry's hands.... while standing a full 3 feet out of bounds?

That’s the thing though. Ok he choked and the rest of the team did as well. Between Paul being out, how damn good the warriors were, all the 3’s not falling, the refs being against them. The team was still right there and that was all effort. So close with all that against them. I’ll be gone from this earth before I ever watch a replay of that game again.

    That's for 2016, right?

When the Warriors beat us in 2016, Curry played 2 games that series and played less than 20 minutes per game. Bogut played 18 mpg. The problem wasn't illegal screens. The problem was us building around a guy who was incapable of being a true #1 in the playoffs.

Also, can you explain how illegal screens resulted in Harden shooting 41% from the field and 31% from the 3pt line?

I was referring to this: That's not cheating unless you are suggesting that the Warriors paid the refs.

Under the latter years of pre-Silver, whether true or nay, one could not easily argue against league directed effen reffing ‘bias’.

But Silver has not yet sold the Gold Standard of fair and fairer refereeing as being in situ.

The thing is, this isn't new. George Karl with the Sonics, and Jerry Sloan with the Jazz turned moving screens and illegal defense into an art form. Their entire approach to basketball was, "If we foul the other team on every single one of their possessions, and set illegal screens on every single one of ours, the refs are going to eventually swallow their whistles." The real pathetic thing is that, for the most part, it worked. They never won a championship, but they were highly successful.

However, neither of those men winning championships (along with Karl Malone) brings me irrational amounts of pleasure.

Money. Warriors were able to charge such high prices for home playoff (and especially finals) games that it actually moved the salary cap, so it would be irresponsible for silver to not have those games in GS.

Yeah behind the "beauty" of Curry's shooting are 3 defenders getting laid out by Draymond

I think it might be a reason a reason why we went full switch defense against them. Their illegal screens made it impossible to actually play through the screens straight up. Switching meant, Draymond sticking his ass out didn't have too much of an affect.
