Supposedly a good chance that Edwards and Sasser are back next season. Edwards doesn't need the money and can spend another year developing if he doesn't get the response he wants from the NBA. The level of depth and quality depth is going to be really high..... best in the country. Shead is a good one on one defender, Edwards is even better..... and Shead was starting to come into his own after the injuries.... Mark is very talented as an unproven player. Then there is: Shead, Sasser, Edwards, Mark, R. Walker, Arceneaux (top 40 recruit) and Sharp (top 100 recruit). With Armbruster gone they also have a scholarship for a big in the portal..... and they still have J. Walker (top 10 recruit), Reggie Chaney, J-Won Roberts and a couple of young guys.
He was never going to use his last year and return. He'd be 24 in 2023. The time is now for him to take the next step at whatever level he gets a chance at
