He's already more effecient than Kobe ever was. Hopefully he's just a taller Curry.

Put some respect on his name. JG has been solid since mid November. His last 50 game averages are actually surprisingly good.

I love how Green is playing, but I HATE these random and cherry picked "benchmarks".

"He's the first person with 6 threes in a 5 game stretch, or to hit 20 ppg in this x sample size while shooting this specific %, or if you look at his numbers over x games but don't count these 5...etc"

I don’t know. Making the most threes in a 5 game stretch than any rookie basketball player in the history of the game is impressive to me.

I agree. Don’t put too much into a rare combination of stats - or a very small sample size. But it’s still encouraging that there are so many around his play lately. This doesn’t mean he will be the next Kobe, MJ or Curry - but it is an indication, that he is on the right track to be special.

J Green is making a lot of people look stupid af... It was stupid betting against Green to begin with, even when he was struggling... But after watching this kid absolutely ball out like very few rookies ever have is ridiculous. J Green is way ahead of schedule, how much better can he get? He is seriously looking like Kobe out there....

Id rather him be able to match these historic cherry picked stats than the other way around. To match something no other rookie has done besides Steph is something that bodes well for Jalens future

Facts. I could see him putting up 21 to 23 a game next season.

The Rox are driving this thing, they sat him in garbage time beforehand, now they play him close to 40 minutes with 10 more FGA.

At the end of the season when teams are tanking.

Imagine Chris Paul didn't have that hammy injury in 2018.

Oh for sure, considering how great he has played since the all star break I expect Green to score 21 to 23 ppg...

J Green is special man, its pretty crazy.. He is a rookie but he is efficient in an absolutely horrendous system that technically should expose a young guard. He has no point guard, he has no center.... Teams can focus strictly on defending Green and they still cant stop him.. Sengun starting would help Green and if they had a good point guard that will open it up even more for him... He is playing this well all while getting ignored multiple times every quarter... He is better than what I thought he would be in his 1st year... 10/10 would draft 2nd again...
