Pistons win and nets lose, what a great night for the rockets. Harden did us a big favor there with his performance.
I'm honestly struggling trying to decide who in the tank-off of Detroit vs OKC I'd want to win. OKC has one more against Portland but Detroit has a better chance of randomly winning another game like tonight against the 76'ers. If OKC wins that one it's safer to secure bottom 3 but if Detroit wins then it's better odds of being the worst/tied for worst record with Orlando...
top 2 seeds in the east right now, the rosters, NOT A SINGLE TOP PICK IN SIGHT: https://bbs.clutchfans.net/threads/nba-game-action-3-31-2022.315317/page-7#post-14028326 the only top 10 pick is brook lopez the next best pick is herro and markieff moris at 13 TAKE THAT FOR DATA TOP 2 SEEDS IN THE WEST very similar situation with the exception of ayton and ja but we all know grizzlies have even better record without ja and ayton is not that special, i mean hes a good player but suns could be doing all this without him, just as they proved during the season they can win the same without (m)any of the key players missing significant time.... all the top 30 or even top 60, 90 guys entering nba are pretty much equally talented and can win it all given opportunity ie playing time, second chances, management support, coaching, work ethics and luck...
Instead of making statements without any stats to back it up. Read. Players ranked 80-90 are not the same as the likes of curry kd, embid and the rest get that dumbass idea out of here
Interesting article, thanks for sharing--let's hope JG increases the #2 pick percentage in the near future!
No, drafting in the top half of the first 30 players (1st round picks) yields WAY better results than the bottom half. Like not even close, my guy. I am going to ignore your ridiculous top 60/90 comment for now. How about we take the data for a test drive? Let's build an all-time roster (15 deep roster), I'll pick from only top 15 players and you pick from only 16-30 picks. Without too much thought here is mine: Hakeem Shaq Kareem Duncan Dirk Giannis Lebron Durant Bird Jordan Kobe Harden Steph Magic Paul We can even make a poll and let Clutchfans vote.
Those guys won championships and MVP's. (which is not really important). His team will have a bunch of guys that were top 2 teams in their conferences which is what is important.
honestly i hope we end up with the 3rd pick. no pressure there. you can make a case for any of the top 4.
Nah I want No 1. Rox FO are amazing drafters, I'm sure they'll make the right choice just like how they had one of the best drafts last year.
I think we want Detroit. It allows the Rockets to win another game and still be guaranteed bottom 2. OKC has Portland and a Clippers team that will likely rest players because they are locked into the 8th seed. Detroit has the Pacers. I think there is a decent chance both teams end up with 23 wins if Detroit wins today.
I agree that Chet has the highest bust odds, but I also think he has the highest ceiling. He's an enigma.
I think Chets floor is decent. He is not joe chee. At the very least he averages 10, 8, and 2 blocks.
Um... you would have a replay of last years drama starring Paulo Banchero and Jaden Ivey. Two and four are the only picks that can reasonably be argued as obvious picks.
