    My German buddy yesterday:

'I have a joke for you'
    Ok
'How did the Russian dissenter survive?'
    Uh...how?
'He fell on the body of the last Russian dissenter'
    ...

What's funny about my German buddy who told me the joke above is that he's actually the biggest gun nut I've ever met, and I grew up in Texas. He has more assault rifles than anywhere I've ever seen outside of a gun show and has black powder embedded in his palm from when he was a kid experimenting with it. He also has a 50 cal sniper rifle with a $20k scope on it and grenade launcher and who knows what else. He did contracts for the US government to design crowd control and worked for a gun company on the side designing scopes for fun.

When my wife met him he was at my house showing me plans for his automated Gatling gun home security system.

He's actually very funny, but in a dry snarky way. He's obviously not great at jokes.

(by the way McBain is based on Schwarzenegger, who is Austrian)

Is there any decent Tex-Mex at this airport? I might have to leave the airport and look for Ninfas or Pappasitos. Or In'n Out. Also, there is an enormous guy next to me who keeps farting?!

Terminal E - thank you. Was pretty good, but I guess my expectations have gone up from when I was a student at UH 27 years ago.

There is a really good Mexican(-American) place at Mizner Park in Boca if anyone ever goes there.

As shakespeare would say, the subtle difference between on and in might be insignificant to some.

Solid cover. I've always said that it took 14 years and leaving the band for Henley to write, by far, the Eagles' best song.
